Arkorelax sleep forte 8 h 30 tablets. Get back to sleep and reduce nighttime awakenings.

It is a food supplement that releases melatonin in two phases: An immediate release and Melatonin (1 mg) to fall asleep and (0.9 mg) release during the night to prevent night-time awakenings.

The ingredients are released as they are needed, including highly concentrated medicinal plants: 1 mg melatonin + passionflower and valerian to help you fall asleep and 0.9 mg melatonin + California poppy to reduce night-time awakenings.

HOW TO USE

Arkorelax sleep forte 8 h 30 tablets. Farmaciacheca recommends taking 1 tablet a day, 1 hour before going to sleep, along with a large glass of water.

Advice:

During the day:

- Respect natural light in the morning.

- The wake-up time should be consistent, regardless of how many hours you have slept.

- Avoid drinks and foods with stimulating ingredients after 16:00.

- Exercise throughout the day to ensure a healthy tiredness at bedtime.

- Nap: It is recommended not to sleep more than 20 minutes.

Before going to sleep:

- Avoid heavy, hard-to-digest meals at dinner. Take your quiet time during dinner.

- Relax and avoid physical and intellectual exertion one hour before bedtime.

- Avoid bright screens.

- Go to bed only when you need to sleep.
