10. OBSERVATIONS AND GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS:
In the case of on-line payment (credit card) the buyer receives confirmation of registration on the spot.
In the case of bank transfer, the sale is pending final validation, as long as the transfer is not confirmed within the period established for this purpose or, failing that, 72 hours.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of ASTURIAS.
