Composition

Bulking agent: cellulose – Extract of aerial parts of California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) – Extract of underground organs of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) – Anti-caking agents: stearic acid, talc, magnesium stearate, cross-linked cellulose gum – Extract of aerial parts of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) – Maltodextrin – Concentrated spirulina colouring – Rice starch – Vitamin B6. Tablet coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose - hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax. No titanium dioxide. The smell of the tablet is due to the high concentration of valerian.

Directions

Take 1 tablet a day, 1 hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
