HOW TO USE IT

Siken Custard Substitute Vanilla Flavour 6 Envelopes. Farmaciacheca recommends dissolving the contents of one sachet in 200-225 ml of water (depending on the desired consistency). Mix until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.

* To lose weight: Replacing 2 of the main meals of the day with a low-calorie diet substitute helps to lose weight.
