Main ingredients: skimmed milk powder, cocoa, defatted powder, milk proteins, mineral mix, vitamin mix.

HOW TO USE IT

Siken Custard Substitute Brownie Flavour 6 Envelopes. Farmaciacheca recommends dissolving the contents of one sachet in 200-225 ml of water (depending on the desired consistency). Mix until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.

* To lose weight: Replacing 2 of the main meals of the day with a low-calorie diet substitute helps to lose weight.

* For maintenance: Replacing 1 meal a day with a meal replacement in a low calorie diet helps to maintain weight after weight loss.

* Tip: Drink plenty of water (approximately 2L/day). The rest of the day a low calorie diet should be followed.
