HOW TO USE IT
Redoxon Complex 30 Tablets. Farmacheca recommends taking 1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning.
- Convalescence: When we get sick and there is a depletion of vitamins and minerals to fight infection. Take 1 tablet a day, in the morning, for 1 or 2 months.
- Physical exercise: It is convenient to consume vitamins and minerals to maintain an optimum physical performance. Take 1 tablet a day in the morning.
- Overexertion: When we face situations of physical or psychological overexertion there is an extraordinary wear and tear of vitamins and minerals that it is recommended to replace. Take 1 tablet during the period of over-exertion. If the period lasts more than 3 months, it is recommended to rest for 1 month.
