Fortasec Plus 2 mg/ 125 mg tablets is a medicine with two active ingredients. On the one hand, loperamide hydrochloride which contributes to the reduction of diarrhoea and colic because it reduces the activity of the intestine and contributes to the absorption of water and salts necessary for its recovery. And, on the other hand, dimethicone which helps to reduce the abdominal swelling related to this problem.
Do not consume if you are under 12 years of age, if you are allergic to any of its components, if you have a high fever or any of the cases indicated in its leaflet.
Who is it indicated for?
Indicated for adults and adolescents over 12 years old.
How is it applied?
It is taken orally with the help of a glass of water. Adults should take two tablets and one tablet after each bowel movement, trying not to exceed 4 a day. For adolescents, the recommended dosage is 1 tablet to start with and another after each bowel movement, taking a maximum of 4.
