Technical advice
People with kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor. Not recommended for people diagnosed with haemochromatosis, kidney function problems and people prone to kidney stone formation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions for use
Take 1 effervescent tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
