What is Pharmagrip and what is it used for?
Who is it intended for
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.
How to use
Take 1 capsule every 6-8 hours and no more than 4 capsules per day.
Contraindications

Do not use Pharmagrip in children under 12 years of age; it is contraindicated.

Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are taking any other drugs for conditions such as epilepsy (lamotrigine, phenobarbital, etc.), depression (barbiturates), nausea and vomiting (metoclopramide), diuretics (furosemide), antihypertensives and drugs for heart rhythm disorders (propanolol), depression, Parkinson's disease, etc.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: this drug cannot be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The use of this medicine in patients who regularly consume alcohol may cause liver damage.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Pharmagrip capsules can cause side effects:

Common side effects: discomfort, hypotension, clumsiness, tremors, tingling, dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort.

Very common adverse reactions: slight drowsiness, sweating, dizziness and muscle weakness.
Composition
The active ingredients of Pharmagrip are: paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride (equivalent to 8.21 mg of phenylephrine) and chlorphenamine maleate (equivalent to 2.8 mg of chlorphenamine).
The other ingredients are: pregelatinised corn starch, talc (E-553b), magnesium stearate (E-470b) and colloidal anhydrous silica.

This medicine comes in capsule form, which should be taken with water to facilitate ingestion.
Do not take more than 4 capsules per day. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of treatment, consult your doctor.
This medicine can be taken with or without food.
