Telfast 120 mg 15 Coated Tablets
Indications for Telfast
It is used in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older to relieve symptoms associated with hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) such as sneezing, itching, runny or stuffy nose, and itchy, red, watery eyes.
Action and Mechanism of Telfast 120 mg
Contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, which is an antihistamine. It partially alleviates symptoms associated with allergic processes such as red eyes or nasal congestion. It also produces a slight bronchodilator effect and a reduction in skin itching.
Clinical experience also seems to show that fexofenadine is able to prevent the release of histamine from mast cells.
