Arkopharma Arkocápsulas Cranberry 45 Capsules

Cranberry was widely used by North American tribes to improve wound healing and to treat poisoning, urinary disorders and diarrhoea.

It is also known to have been consumed by sailors to prevent scurvy due to its high vitamin C content.

Several recent studies have attributed antiseptic urinary properties to cranberry, which is why it is particularly recommended in the case of recurrent urinary tract infections.

These studies have shown that this activity is due to its ability to inhibit bacterial adhesion to the mucosal surface, thus significantly preventing urinary tract infections.

Compounds with antibiotic activity have also been isolated.

Each capsule contains 250 mg of Cranberry.
