Perio Aid Bio-Adhesive Antiseptic Gel develops the innovative Dentaid technology hyaluronrepair, based on the incorporation of hyaluronic acid, which acts in a natural way on the tissues of the oral mucosa, forming a protective layer to regenerate and repair the damaged area. Its formulation also includes chlorhexidine 0.20%, an effective antiseptic due to its broad-spectrum bactericidal action, and panthenol 5%, which helps reduce gingival inflammation in the affected area and stimulates tissue regeneration, helping it to recover. This combination of elements makes Perio Aid an oral gel with optimal antiseptic, repairing and regenerating properties for oral tissues indicated after periodontal, peri-implant or surgical treatments.
Who is it suitable for?
It is indicated for adults who have undergone periodontal and/or peri-implant surgery.
How is it applied?
Once the periodontal treatment in the clinic has been completed, apply the gel to the gum margin to avoid or reduce as much as possible the appearance of bacteria. After the placement of dental implants or in cases of peri-implant mucositis or peri-implantitis, apply the gel locally to the neck of the implant. Use 2 or 3 times a day, after daily oral hygiene.
