Eupeptin Kids is indicated against constipation in infancy and especially in breast-feeding infants, where it works by producing a normal and painless bowel movement. Eupeptin Kids facilitates the digestion of milk and prevents its alteration, as when mixed with it, it causes the clot that forms in the stomach to break up and is more easily digested by the gastric juices. Children fed with milk mixed with Eupeptine do not usually suffer from gastroenteritis, indigestion or vomiting.

How to use Eupeptin Kids

Eupeptin Kids is administered orally and dissolves easily in liquids, so it can be mixed with milk, water or juice. The dose for each child should be calculated according to his or her body weight. Follow your doctor's instructions.
Dosage

As this laxative for babies has several uses (sometimes as a laxative and sometimes as a prophylactic for gastroenteritis, indigestion and vomiting), it is the doctor who should indicate the dosage; only, as a guideline to follow, we indicate the following:

    Children from one day to one year: one or two level teaspoons (coffee spoons), twice a day.
    Children from one to five years of age or more: from the above dose up to four level teaspoons (coffee), three times a day.
