Indications of Fenistil Emulsion
Fenistil Emulsion Roll-on 8 ml provides local symptomatic relief of itching of the skin associated with allergic contact phenomena (such as those caused by plants, insect bites, sunburn and superficial burns).
Action and mechanism of Fenistil Emulsion
Fenistil is an antihistamine (anti-allergic) that soothes itching and skin rashes.
Posology
It is recommended to apply 2 to 4 times a day. Glide the applicator over the area to be treated forming a thin layer on the skin and massage gently. Do not use with occlusive dressings.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the components or to other antihistamines. Premature infants and neonates. Do not apply Fenistil Emulsion together with other medicines for cutaneous use, except on medical advice. Avoid prolonged exposure of the treated area to the sun and prolonged or extensive use of the skin in young children and pregnant women, particularly if the skin is inflamed or raised. If symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.

Adverse reactions
Rarely, slight dryness, burning or itching of the skin. Less frequently, allergic reactions or sun sensitivity have occurred. If you notice these or any other adverse reactions not described above, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Storage
Store below 30°C Fenistil Emulsion. This medicine should not be used after the expiry date stated on the pack.
