Composition

Polypodium leucotomos, Cysteine (N-acetyl), Gluco-oligosaccharides, Inulin, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Orange flavouring, Vitamin B3 (niacinamide), Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Sweetener (neohesperidine), Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), capsule colourants: yellow iron oxide (E-172), black iron oxide (E-172), titanium dioxide (E-171).

Instructions for use

• Take one capsule with a glass of water or juice 30 minutes before prolonged exposure to the sun.
• It is recommended that you start taking the product 15 days before you will be exposed to the sun.
• People with fairer or sensitive skin should apply an additional external sunscreen.

Technical advice

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• During sun exposure it is important to apply a suitable topical sunscreen.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of the reach of young children.
• Store below 30ºC, protected from light and humidity.
• Excessive consumption may cause intestinal discomfort.
• Avoid consumption with medicines and other fibre-based food supplements.
