Hydrolysed gelatin, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Standardised dry extract of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa) 237 mg including 200 mg of curcumin, Stabiliser: glycerol, Boswellia oleoresin (Boswellia serrata) 51 mg standardised to 65% boswellic acids, Starch, Thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) 3 µg (2 tablets = 6 µg or 120% NRV**), Coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose, Colouring agent: iron oxide.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening with a glass of water or juice.
