Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains caffeine and is therefore not recommended for use by children, pregnant women or nursing mothers (caffeine concentration around 5 mg per ampoule). Use by people sensitive to iodine or allergic to salicylic acid derivatives is not recommended. If you are taking anticoagulants, consult your doctor. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.

Directions for use

For adults only. Take one ampoule a day. Can be repeated several times a year.

1. Shake the ampoule before opening. As this is a natural product, it is possible that sediment may form, but this does not affect the quality of the product in any way.

2. Gently tap the two ends of the ampoule with your index finger to make them more fragile.

3. Using a piece of absorbent paper, break one end of the ampoule off the glass to prevent residues from falling into the glass.

4. Turn the ampoule upside down and place the first end on the glass. Using absorbent paper, break the other end off the glass. Allow the liquid to pour out.

5. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
