Directions for use
Adults: 1 ampoule per day.
Dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water or fruit juice (125ml). Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear. It is advisable to shake the ampoule before use.
1. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up.
2. With the help of one or both thumbs, press down.
3. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open until it breaks.
You can repeat the 20 days of product several times a year.
