Aboca Coligas Fast contains Fennel, Cumin, Achicora, marshmallow extract, coriander and ginger. The mixture of all these ingredients allows the product to help combat abdominal bloating, caused by uncomfortable tensions produced immediately after meals or throughout the day.

How is it applied?
