The active principle of Dulcosoft Powder for Oral Solution is macrogol 4000. Macrogol 4000 has a high water retention capacity and acts as a liquid (water) carrier. Macrogol transports the water directly to the color, where hard stools are softened and the volume of stools is increased.
This increases intestinal transit and facilitates defecation.
Macrogol 4000 responds to a purely physical mode of action, is not absorbed by the body and is excreted unchanged.

INDICATIONS
Dulcosoft 250 ml. Indicated for constipation and softening of hard stools.
Suitable for: pregnant women, nursing mothers, children from 2 years old.

Composition: 10 ml of solution contains 6 grams of macrogol 4000. Other ingredients: potassium sorbate (preservative), macrogol 400, citric acid and purified water.

HOW TO USE IT
Dulcosoft 250 ml. Farmacheca recommends adults and children over 8 years: 20 to 40 ml per day. Children from 4 to 7 years old: 16 to 32 ml per day. Children 2 to 3 years old: 8 to 16 ml per day.
