Directions for use

Dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear. It is advisable to shake the ampoule before use.
Gently tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it.
Using a paper napkin, break the first end of the ampoule off the glass to prevent any glass fragments from falling out.
Twist the ampoule and place the open end on the glass. Break the second end of the ampoule and let the liquid fall out.
