Indications for Canespie Bifonazole
Canespie Bifonazole 10 mg/g cream is indicated for the treatment of "athlete's foot" (superficial skin infection caused by fungi and located between the folds of the toes) in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age. The main symptoms of athlete's foot are: itching, redness (erythema), cracks between the toes, desquamation that may lead to inflammation or pustules. It only appears on the feet. It usually starts between the toes, but can also extend to the sole and sides of the feet. You should consult a doctor if it worsens or does not improve after 7 days.

Dosage

- Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 1 application to the affected area once a day, preferably before going to bed. The duration of the treatment is 3 weeks. If after 7 days of use you do not see an improvement in your symptoms, consult your doctor. Method of administration: This medicine is administered via the skin. Apply a sufficient amount of cream until the affected area is completely covered, paying special attention between the folds of the toes, and rubbing until it is completely absorbed. It is recommended to wash your hands after each application.
Contraindications
Canespie Bifonazole contains keto-stearyl alcohol and benzyl alcohol, so it can produce local reactions on the skin (such as contact dermatitis) because it contains keto-stearyl alcohol. This medicine contains 2 mg of benzyl alcohol per gram of cream. Benzyl alcohol can cause allergic reactions and moderate local irritation.
