How to use

Step 1: Place the sole of your foot on the narrowest part of the support, ensuring that the ready side is facing the skin. Leave the longest part of the strap on the outside of the foot.

Step 2: Cross the longest side of the strap over to the opposite side of the ankle, the inside of the foot. Then place and seal the shorter side in a straight line, above the instep.

Step 3: Wrap the longest side of the strap around the ankle. Adjust the tension to the desired comfort and support.
