How is it used?
Brush your teeth three times a day, after the main meals.
Place a small amount of toothpaste (like a bean), and brush the teeth with circular movements always from the gum to the tooth and on all sides of the teeth.
We recommend the use of dental floss and mouthwash to clean the areas that are difficult to reach.
