ARKOMAG® combines Magnesium of marine origin and Vitamin B6, which contribute to:

Maintaining the normal functioning of the nervous system (Magnesium) and psychological functions (Magnesium and Vitamin B6).

Reducing tiredness and fatigue (Magnesium and Vitamin B6) and maintaining normal muscle function (Magnesium), especially during periods of overload.

Recommended use

Children 6-17 years old: 1 capsule per day.

From 18 years of age : 2 capsules per day.

Take with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
