Directions for use

From 12 years of age.

3 capsules per day, from the day before or the first day of menstruation, for 5 days. Distribute the dose throughout the day depending on the discomfort.

Use may be less than 5 days in case of discomfort or shorter menstrual cycles.

Up to 6 capsules per day may be taken if necessary. The contents of this package correspond to 1 cycle if 6 capsules are taken per day.

• Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in case of allergy to plants of the Asteraceae family.
