Iberogast Elemental is a herbal medicine for the symptomatic treatment of functional dyspepsia, the main symptoms of which are stomach pain, burning in the upper abdomen, fullness after eating and early satiety, but often also loss of appetite, excessive belching and heartburn.
Iberogast Elemental is indicated for adults aged 18 years and older.
How to take Iberogast Elemental
Follow the instructions for taking this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as indicated by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist again.
The recommended dose is: adults aged 18 and over: 20 drops 3 times a day
Method of administration: Take with liquid before or during meals. Oral use. Shake before use.
Tilt the dropper bottle at a 45° angle when dispensing. Close tightly with the purple cap after use.

0.30 ml of liquid extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita L., flos) (1:2-4), extraction solvent ethanol 30% V/V
0.20 ml of liquid extract of caraway fruit (Carum carvi L., fructus) (1:2.5-3.5), extraction solvent ethanol 30% V/V
0.15 ml liquid extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L., folium) (1:2.5-3.5), extraction solvent ethanol 30% V/V
0.10 ml of liquid extract of peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita L., folium) (1:2.5-3.5), extraction solvent ethanol 30 % V/V
0.10 ml of liquid extract of liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza species, radix) (1:2.5-3.5), extraction solvent ethanol at 30% V/V
