Iniston Mucus and Congestion Syrup 200 ml
Iniston Mucus and Congestion is a combination of pseudoephedrine and guaifenesin.
Pseudoephedrine acts as a nasal decongestant and guaifenesin is an expectorant that relieves productive coughs by reducing phlegm (mucus) and facilitating its expulsion.
It is indicated for adults and children from 7 years of age to relieve productive coughs by reducing mucus and phlegm in colds and flus accompanied by nasal congestion.
Instructions for use / advice
This medicine is taken orally.
Use the graduated spoon to measure the exact dose. Wash the spoon after each dose.
It is recommended to drink a glass of water after each dose, to take the medicine with meals and to drink plenty of water during the treatment.
Do not take with bitter orange juice as this may cause a hypertensive crisis.
Taking this medicine with food or drink does not affect the effectiveness of the medicine.
If the medicine is taken in the evening, it should be taken a few hours before bedtime to reduce the possibility of insomnia in patients with sleeping difficulties.
