Directions for use

For adults only. Take one ampoule per day. The treatment can be repeated several times a year.

1. Shake the ampoule before opening. As this is a natural product, sediment may form, which does not affect its quality in any way.

2. Gently tap both ends of the ampoule with your index finger to make them more fragile.

3. Using absorbent paper, break one end away from the glass to prevent any residue from falling into it.

4. Turn the ampoule upside down and place the first end over the glass. Using absorbent paper, break the other end outside the glass. Allow the liquid to pour out.

5. Add half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
