Indications for Frenadol Complex

Influenza vaccine indicated for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age suffering from flu and cold symptoms. Relieves up to 6 symptoms such as mild or moderate headache, fever, runny nose, irritating cough (unproductive, no phlegm) and malaise. Treatment should start at the first symptoms and stop as they disappear.

Action and Mechanism Frenadol Complex

There are several active ingredients in this medicine such as paracetamol, which has an analgesic effect to relieve pain, dextromethorphan, which stops irritative or nervous coughing, and chlorphenamine, an effective antihistamine to reduce nasal discharge. It also contains caffeine as a stimulant and to relieve the feeling of sleep, and vitamin C, which helps to form collagen

Posology

The recommended dose in adolescents and adults is 1 sachet per house for 6 or 8 hours, depending on the need. Never exceed 4 sachets per day. In the case of patients with liver failure, we will reduce the dose to 1 sachet every 8 hours, always in consultation with your doctor or pharmacist. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water and stir until it dissolves.

Contraindications

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients mentioned above or any other of their components. Also, do not take it if you have serious kidney or liver disease or if you suffer from any respiratory deficiency, coughing up sputum or asthma. If you have been or are being treated with other drugs related to Parkinson's or cancer, do not start treatment with this medicine. Women who are breastfeeding should not take it, and if they are pregnant, its use is also discouraged, but only under medical supervision.
